Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading or supervising payroll teams.
• Proven track record in high-volume payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across local and regional populations.
• Oversee payroll costing, statutory submissions, tax obligations, CPF contributions, and leave claims.
• Manage payroll clearance, final payments, and lifecycle payroll activities.
• Ensure payroll data integrity and adherence to service standards.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to drive payroll excellence.
