Job summary

FUKU AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Assistant HR Manager to run payroll accurately across entities, ensure HR operations compliance, and help build an excellent employee experience.

You will manage monthly payroll, CPF filings, government claims, and staff benefits, while liaising with statutory bodies and supervising the HR/Admin team. The role is based at Paya Lebar in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and payroll practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly payroll for local and overseas staff, including CPF and tax filings.
• Verify payroll across multiple entities and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle government claims, licenses, and employee benefits.
• Liaise with IRAS, MOM, CPF on remuneration matters.
• Supervise and develop the HR/Admin team and support ad-hoc duties.
