Job summary

Hong Ye Group PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant HR Manager (Payroll and HR Operations) to oversee payroll processes and ensure efficient HR operations in Singapore.

The role requires strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR policies and employee relations to support compliance and accuracy in payroll administration. The successful candidate will work with the HR team to handle monthly payroll, CPF payments, tax filings, and liaise with statutory bodies while driving continuous improvement of HR

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, HR regulations and payroll practices.
• Detail-oriented and problem solver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing payroll system and payroll duties for local and overseas staff.
• Handle monthly payroll processing including CPF, tax filings and reimbursements.
• Liaise with statutory bodies (IRAS, MOM, CPF) on remuneration matters.
• Administer staff benefits and claims per Company policies.
• Conduct payroll process reviews to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Supervise and develop the HR & Admin Team.
• Oversee government claims and grants (NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ PSG).
• Support HR operations and project preparation as needed.
