YYCircle (SG) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant HR Manager (Payroll and HR Operations) to oversee payroll processing and ensure HR operations comply with regulations. You will support the HR team in payroll processing, compliance, and operational tasks while driving improvements to enhance employee satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on payroll experience, knowledge of local HR laws, and strong communication skills to resolve issues and liaise with authorities.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resource or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR regulations and payroll practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll system and perform payroll duties, including verifying discrepancies for local and overseas payroll.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including income tax, reimbursements, CPF payments, and tax filings for both local and foreign employees.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments and tax filings for local and foreign employees.
• Liaise with statutory bodies (IRAS, MOM, CPF) regarding employees’ remuneration.
• Assist with staff queries on payroll-related matters and administer staff benefits and claims.
• Support continuous change management and payroll process streamlining.
• Conduct market compensation & benefit benchmarking to ensure a competitive package.
• Respond to EEOC and other employee claims as required.
• Prepare and submit surveys (MOM, CPF, SNEF, IMDA, DoS Singapore).
• Handle government claims and grants (NS, Maternity, Paternity, PSG, etc).
• Oversee applications and renewals of company licenses.
• Supervise, train and develop the HR & Admin Team.
• Manage project preparation and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Review payroll and HR processes for compliance.
