We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations for a portfolio of clients while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Fresh graduates and candidates without prior payroll experience but with a positive learning attitude are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of payroll functions for a portfolio of clients, including payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, and payroll accounting
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of:
- Payroll reports to clients
- Salary payments to employees
- CPF contributions to the CPF Board
- Forms IR21 and IR8A, and Appendices 8A and 8B
- NS claims and Government-Paid Leave claims (e.g., childcare, maternity and paternity)
- Ensure compliance with clients’ policies and statutory requirements
- Liaise with clients on payroll-related matters and queries
- Assist with other ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting or related disciplines
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and basic Singapore income tax requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning payroll systems
- Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in handling payroll for large headcount companies will be an advantage
