• 1–2 years of hands-on HR, payroll, and event management experience.
• Experience with Infotech Payroll System is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory filings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Maintain employee records, leave administration, and statutory filings.
• Plan and execute company-wide events and staff welfare initiatives.
• Assist onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
