Job summary

INTERNO ENGINEERING (1996) PTE LTD is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Singapore to manage timecard validation, Infotech database updates, and payroll processing. You will ensure accurate salary calculations, manage bank files, and prepare payslips while coordinating with the Finance and HR teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication to meet payroll deadlines and statutory requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome with training provided.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and patient.

• Responsible team player—plan leave to avoid payroll timelines.

Responsibilities

• Check timecards against Info-tech clocking and ensure absent days are not paid.
• Update and ensure accuracy of Infotech database (new joiners, cancellations, salary, expiry dates).
• Enforce controls on advances/loans, prepare bank files and recover funds.
• Ensure allowances and deductions are reflected in payroll.
• Finalize payroll hours by the 5th; submit bank files by the 6th/7th.
• Resolve bounced payments quickly and coordinate cash salary by the 8th.
• Keep HR informed of payroll queries; respond within 2 working days.
• Submit job costing reports by the 10th; issue payslips by the 14th.
• Check loan balances with Finance monthly; sign and scan vouchers and agreements.
• Maintain petty cash records and update increment data in Excel.
