Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Executive to manage payroll, employee lifecycle, and compliance with local employment laws. You will support HR projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to organizational initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
• Payroll processing and HR operations experience; work pass admin is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer payroll, salary movements, and statutory compliance.
• Process payroll with accuracy, including commissions and reimbursements.
• Prepare CPF contributions, income tax forms (IR21, IR8A), and other statutory filings.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
