Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our fintech operations team in a hybrid Clarke Quay setting. You will manage merchant onboarding, KYC verification, and system integration, ensuring smooth day-to-day payments operations.

In this role you will build relationships with merchants, resolve inquiries, monitor cross-border transactions, and contribute to ongoing operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
• Experience in FinTech, PSP, payment gateways, remittance, digital wallets, or payment operations.
• Experience with companies or platforms in the payments ecosystem (e.g. PSPs, remittance providers, payment gateways, digital wallets, or other fintech companies) will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge of merchant onboarding, KYC, payment operations, settlements, FX, or remittance will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve payment, settlement, and transaction-related issues.
• Liaise with internal teams, banking partners, and merchants to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare operational reports, reconciliations, and maintain SOP documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
