Job summary

YeaPay Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Operations Analyst/Executive to support daily payment operations, merchant onboarding, reconciliation, settlement, data reporting, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support daily payment operations, including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, settlement updates, exception handling and month-end activities.
• Review transaction and settlement records for accuracy, completeness and timely processing.
• Assist with investigating discrepancies, missing transactions and settlement delays.
• Maintain operational trackers and escalate unresolved or higher-risk issues to the appropriate team.
• Assist with merchant onboarding, including document checks, account setup, agreement tracking, KYC coordination and system integration follow-up.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and monitor outstanding merchant requirements.
• Respond to routine merchant enquiries and coordinate the resolution of operational or service-related issues.
