Qualifications

• 8+ years of FIBD experience in cross-border payments with overseas bank/PSP partnerships.
• Proven track record in go-live implementations and partnership lifecycle management.
• Fluent in business English; able to conduct all-English negotiations across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and build a global cross-border payment channel network targeting overseas banks and PSPs.
• Lead high-level negotiations, define cooperation models, pricing, and framework agreements.
• Design and implement tailored cross-border solutions and onboarding (KYC, licensing, integration).
• Maintain executive relationships, identify growth opportunities, and resolve integration bottlenecks.
• Monitor regulatory dynamics and ensure AML/compliance across regions.
