Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited is recruiting for a Payments Operations Specialist to support cash management activities for both domestic and cross-border payments, including Swift, MEPS+, GIRO, and remittance-related transfers. You will help ensure timely processing of digital payments and maintain accuracy in transaction handling.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least three years in Payment Operations, with knowledge of SWIFT/MEPS messaging.

Requirements:

• Support cash management operations for domestic and cross border payments, including SWIFT, MEPS+, GIRO, and Remittance Fund Transfers
• Facilitate transaction processing for digital payments products, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Performing payments related tasks such as toring of SWIFT/MEPS messages and reconciliation timely and accurately
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions transactional and reconciliation breaks
• Participate in operational initiatives, system enhancements and new product implementation
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience in Payment Operations is preferred
• Knowledge of SWIFT/MEPS payment messages and relevant systems would be advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with process improvement or transformation experience
