Job summary

RedotPay in Singapore is seeking a data-driven Network Operations / Payment Operations Manager to own and optimize our card processing ecosystem, including acquiring banks, gateways, and card brands. You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Engineering to maximize checkout approvals while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of direct experience in Payment Operations or Card Operations within FinTech, e‑commerce, SaaS, or high-volume platforms.
• Deep knowledge of card-processing lifecycle, merchant acquiring, card schemes, and interchange pricing.
• Experience analyzing authorization funnels, declines, and routing strategies to lift approval rates.
• Strong negotiation and partner-management skills with SLA discipline and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational and commercial contact for card processing partners (acquiring banks, processors, gateways, network reps).
• Lead business reviews to assess SLAs, approval rates, availability, and roadmaps with acquirers and processors.
