Job summary

MetaComp Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring a Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning, modelling, and cross-functional business support across payments, card and digital asset lines.

The role collaborates with product, commercial, operations, and leadership teams to translate financial insight into commercial decisions and support the finance function’s development in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Direct working experience with payment services products, cross-border transfers, e-money, merchant acquiring, card issuing and acquiring, stablecoin / DPT services.
• Strong financial modelling skills, building P&L, unit economics, pricing and scenario models.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for assigned business units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for cost simulation, pricing, deal analysis, and scenario planning.
• Extract, structure, and analyse financial and operational data for management reports.
• Partner with product, commercial, and leadership teams to review performance and challenge assumptions.
• Support product launches and regional expansion with financial analyses and documentation.
• Identify finance process inefficiencies and drive automation and improvements.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and business cases for leadership and boards.
