Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking Patient Service Officers for a private healthcare client. The role covers front desk duties, patient registration, cash handling, and medical support in a central location with 5.5 day work week.

Responsibilities include ensuring clinic readiness, processing payments and claims, assisting doctors, dispensing medications under supervision, and managing dispensary stock. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn registration and billing systems.
• Healthcare setting experience highly preferred.
• Willing to commit to a 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clinic for operations before opening and secure after closing.
• Register patients, process payments, handle cashier duties, and submit claims.
• Chaperone doctors and assist medical staff during shifts.
• Dispense medications accurately under supervision.
• Manage inventory of dispensary items.
