Responsibilities

• Register patients, handle cashiering, enquiries, and financial counseling; post charges
• Provide chair-side assistance when required
• Ensure patient enquiries are attended to
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Retrieve and return patient records
• Arrange follow-ups with patients or doctors
• Perform other ad hoc duties
