Qualifications

• Healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic office software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to the department, including preparing documents and reports.
• Receive, screen and register patients into the clinical system.
• Address inquiries, feedback, and concerns from patients.
• Coordinate laboratory tests, referrals, and procedures as required.
• Verify patient billing information before collection of payments.
• Help maintain cleanliness and order of clinic facilities and counters.
• Handle data entry and daily settlement closure.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by Clinic Manager.
