Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD.

is seeking a customer service specialist to handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms, providing accurate information and support for general patient-related enquiries. You will liaise with internal departments to resolve enquiries and service requests, ensure accurate CRM data entry, and follow SOPs and escalation protocols, including emergency communications.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms
• Provide accurate information and support for general patient-related enquiries
• Handle and follow up on customer feedback professionally
• Liaise with internal departments to support enquiry resolution and service requests
• Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems and maintain proper records
• Follow SOPs, operational procedures, and escalation protocols (including emergency or priority cases)
• Handle emergency activation and follow established emergency communication protocols
• Participate in training, assessments, and audits as required
• Maintain service quality standards in line with organisational requirements
