Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring for a full-time customer service role to handle enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.

You will support patient-related enquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow SOPs, with shift work AM and MID and potential deployment to MacPherson after Apr 2027.

An annual bonus accompanies a 5-day work week and a salary up to 3,250 SGD.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information and support for general patient-related enquiries.
• Handle and follow up on customer feedback professionally.
• Liaise with internal departments to support enquiry resolution and service requests.
• Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems and maintain proper records.
• Follow SOPs, operational procedures, and escalation protocols (including emergency or priority cases).
• Handle emergency activation and follow established emergency communication protocols.
• Participate in training, assessments, and audits as required.
• Maintain service quality standards in line with organisational requirements.
