Job summary

Raffles Medical Group in Singapore seeks a patient services coordinator to join its clinic operations. You will greet patients, answer enquiries, provide information on services, and assist with registration and medical records.

The role requires meticulous, organized multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and good MS Word/Excel skills to manage registrations and daily billing. Shift work including weekends/public holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ Level/ NITEC/ Diploma with 1–2 years in clinic settings.
• Meticulous and organized; able to multi-task and work in teams.
• Good customer service and front-line skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate with MS Word and MS Excel for patient registration.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with medical teams and patients for appointments across clinics within the Group.
• Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required.

• Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.

Job requirements:

Minimum ‘O’ Level/ NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 – 2 years of working experience in clinic settings preferred

Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams

Good customer service and front-line skills

Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration

Must be able to commit to shift work including working weekends and Public Holidays on a rostered shift
