Job summary

Raffles Medical Group in Singapore is seeking a dedicated front-line staff member to join our patient services team. You will greet patients, answer inquiries, and assist with registrations while coordinating appointments across multiple clinics within the Group.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of clinic experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel and patient registration systems. Shift work including weekends/public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of working experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Good customer service and front-line communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel, and registration systems.
• Must commit to shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries at the counter and provide information on clinic services.
• Update patient registration details and process medical records per SOPs.
• Liaise with medical teams and patients to arrange appointments across specialties.
• Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks when required.
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors' review and follow up.
• Perform daily billing and ensure accurate transactions, including closing accounts.
• Support smooth clinic operations and provide front-line patient service.
