Job summary

National Heart Centre Singapore is seeking a diligent administrative Associate to support frontline patient services in the Cardiac Laboratory. You will register patients, schedule appointments, and handle cash collection while providing general admin support, including answering calls, data entry, and report typing.

Maintaining office supplies and liaising with other departments will be essential to ensure seamless service delivery to patients.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N level qualification or certificate in Office Skills or Business Studies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and schedule appointments in the Cardiac Laboratory.
• Perform cash collection and maintain accurate cash handling records.
• Handle phone inquiries, data entry, and typing of reports.
• Maintain office supplies and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job description
