Job summary

National Heart Centre of Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an ancillary-oriented team member to provide frontline patient services in the Cardiac Laboratory. You will receive patients, handle their registration, schedule appointments and perform cash collection.

You will also provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, data entry, typing of reports and maintaining office supplies, and liaise closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to patients.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N level or certificate in office skills or business studies is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant disposition with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling in the Cardiac Laboratory.
• Perform cash collection and assist with front-desk duties.
• Answer phone calls, perform data entry, and type reports.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
