Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore is seeking a Temporary Senior Executive for the Patient Experience Office on a contract 2-4 months. The role focuses on identifying and implementing patient experience improvement strategies and coordinating feedback processes.

You will work with clinical teams and other support departments to enhance service workflows and respond to patient feedback, with monthly PSD discussions and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Basic Degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in service-related positions.
• Be comfortable approaching and managing difficult customers.
• Possess positive attitude, initiative and keenness to learn.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a good team player and be willing to be on call to attend to emergencies after office hours.
• Be competent in professional writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, design and implement patient experience improvement strategies.
• Ensure effective and efficient customer feedback management in alignment with the hospital’s strategic plans.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to address feedback timely.
• Coordinate monthly Patient Staff Dialogue discussions, and provide and present monthly PSD report.
• Work closely with clinical teams and other support departments to improve service workflows.
