Job summary

SATA CommHealth is seeking a Patient Service Associate to support frontline counter services at community clinics and events in Singapore. The role includes registering patients, managing queues, and delivering excellent service while coordinating with Assistant Manager and Resident Physician.

Training will cover clinical procedures and administrative duties. The successful candidate will have at least a minimum level of education (GCE N/O/A levels or Higher/NITEC), strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O/A levels or Higher/NITEC.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer-literate and able to use clinic systems.

Responsibilities

• Register appointment and walk-in patients at the community clinic.
• Schedule appointments accurately and update patient details in the clinic system.
• Verify patient identifiers for registration and test orders.
• Handle cashiering and end-of-day reconciliation when assigned.
• Provide service excellence and support for doctors/medical staff at events as needed.
• Assist with inventory and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
