Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Marketing Communications professional to drive service quality and patient experience initiatives. You will analyze feedback, craft communications, and present insights to hospital committees.

The role focuses on planning events, surveys, focus groups, and dashboards to monitor trends. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in Marketing Communications or related fields are required; healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Service Quality.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in feedback/complaint management is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working independently under tight timelines.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience in data management/analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to patient/service feedback, ensuring timely resolution and closure
• Analyse feedback to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for service improvement
• Coordinate hospital-wide quality service initiatives, programmes and projects
• Plan and organise events, surveys and focus group discussions
• Prepare and maintain feedback dashboards and reports
• Present service feedback insights to hospital committees and workgroups
• Support initiatives to strengthen the organisation's service culture and patient experience
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive service excellence initiatives
