Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Patient Services Associate at our Central location. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm, with on-call duties rotating 24/7.

Responsibilities include updating patient information, filing, handling enquiries, coordinating appointments, arranging admissions, and acting as the contact for patients, doctors and internal stakeholders. Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any discipline.
• On rotation for 24/7 on-call duties.
• At least 3-4 years working experience in healthcare industry or any service-related industries, especially in frontline or customer-fronting role.

Responsibilities

• Update patient information accurately and timely.
• Ensure documents/data are properly kept, filed and disposed of per hospital policies.
• Support enquiries from private patients, external and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate appointments matching patients' requests while following clinical/operational guidelines.
• Arrange admissions and act as contact for patients, doctors and internal stakeholders.
• Practice active listening and probing to understand patient or NOK needs.
• Communicate clearly with patients/NOKs to address queries.
• Support go-the-extra-mile service to patients and NOKs.
• Handle complaints tactfully and apply service recovery when needed.
• Coordinate appointments with hospital stakeholders to ensure seamless patient journey.
• Support direct admission and air evacuation.
