Job summary

AMP LAB PTE. LTD. seeks a friendly Clinic Administrator to be the first point of contact for patients in our allied health clinic. You will manage reception, appointments, billing and daily operations to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are patient, organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable using Cliniko and Xero along with AI tools to speed up admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field; Business Admin, Accounting, Healthcare Admin or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year in receptionist/front desk, customer service or administrative role.
• Bookkeeping experience (data entry, invoicing, payment reconciliation).
• Experience with Xero and Cliniko preferred (or similar clinic software).
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude for everyday work.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) due to Chinese-speaking patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; manage check-in/out and maintain reception area.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, work chat and walk-ins.
• Manage appointments across multiple practitioners; send reminders; update calendars.
• Process invoices and receipts; handle billing and payments; assist with insurance documents.
• Maintain digital and physical filing; coordinate with vendors and service providers.
