Qualifications

• Possess N’ or O’ Level , NITEC or Diploma Certificate.
• Preferably 1 year experience as a Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant or in healthcare service roles
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient and caregiver enquiries with empathy and service professionalism.
• Adhere to operational standards and protocols to ensure a safe and consistent care environment.
• Manage patient feedback constructively and elevate complex cases to the appropriate supervisor when required.
• Carry out patient registration and verification accurately, safeguarding confidentiality at all times.
• Process payments and billing with precision, ensuring timely completion within the same day.
• Maintain readiness of all clinic facilities, including waiting areas and self-service stations.
• Ensure smooth operations and readiness for first patient ahead of scheduled appointments.
