Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patient Service Associate to support hospital billing, subsidies, and patient enquiries across Kent Ridge, Queensway, or West side polyclinics in Singapore.

You will advise on bills, help with deposits, and coordinate with the Medical Social Worker to assist patients with eligible schemes. Strong communication and at least O levels are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience as Patient Service Associate or in a clinic/hospital setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a patient-centered attitude.
• Minimum O levels education qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice to patients on hospital bills, subsidies and payment options.
• Refer cases to Business Office/Medical Social Worker for financial assistance where eligible.
• Ensure documentation and follow-up for inflight cases until discharge.
• Assist patients with billing enquiries and deposits/bill collections.
• Explain and collect forms and necessary documentation for processes.
• Update SAP system when forms are consented by patients.
