The role focuses on delivering empathetic patient service, handling registrations, payments, and keeping the clinic prepared for patients. You will assist medical and allied health staff during consultations and coordinate timely first-visit and follow-up appointments, ensuring confidentiality and a safe, efficient clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Respond promptly to patient and caregiver inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Adhere to operational standards and protocols to ensure a safe care environment.
• Manage patient registration and verification, safeguarding confidentiality.
• Process payments and billing accurately, ensuring timely completion within the same day.
• Maintain readiness of clinic facilities, waiting areas and self-service stations.
• Assist medical and allied health professionals during consultations to enable smooth clinic flow.
