Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Contract Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to healthcare clients. The role involves greeting patients, managing queues, scheduling, handling payments, and basic measurements under supervision.

You will work at Bedok or Woodlands locations with office hours, a 6-month contract, prior healthcare experience preferred, and opportunities to support community outreach events.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare / clinic experience.
• Able to float between Bedok and Woodlands locations when required.
• Able to commit to contract duration: 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and appointment patients, manage queues and update patients’ personal particulars in the clinic system.
• Handle appointment scheduling, verify test orders, explain procedure instructions and manage consent forms.
• Collect payments, issue receipts and reconcile end-of-day transaction records.
• Collect basic measurements such as weight, height, BMI and vision screening under nurse or physician supervision.
• Manage clinic inventory and stationery supplies.
• Assist with community outreach events when required.
