Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or healthcare administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
• Willingness to support neighbouring clinics through cross-deployment when required.
