• Assist with the provision of preventive and routine medical care under the guidance of the doctor and senior nursing personnel.
• Monitor residents’ general health and participate in the coordination and supervision of routine medical and nursing care activities.
• Supervise nursing aides and health attendants, provide guidance on their assigned duties, and monitor their work performance.
• Respond to emergencies within the Home in accordance with established procedures and coordinate with the appropriate medical or emergency personnel.
