Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Scrub Nurse to assist ophthalmic surgeons during operations and maintain accurate nursing documentation.

You will perform scrub nurse duties, coordinate with departments for safe patient transport, escort and orientate patients, and provide recovery care according to nursing protocols.

You will also contribute to reviewing and improving nursing policies and undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Assist ophthalmic surgeons during operative procedures and maintain complete and accurate nursing documentation.
• Carry out Scrub Nurse duties according to the requirements of the procedure and established clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to support safe and timely patient transport and transfers.
• Escort and orientate patients before and after procedures and during transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Provide post-operative recovery care and monitor patients according to the relevant nursing care protocols.
• Participate in the review, development and improvement of nursing policies, protocols and procedures.
• Undertake other relevant nursing duties as assigned by management.
