StaffKing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service/billing associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with hospital bill payments, and provide billing information to patients.

You will navigate digital payment portals, send statements, and maintain records while collaborating with the team to improve service processes and meet KPIs. Entry-level candidates are welcome. Office-based role with 5 work days.

Competenze

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Minimum higher secondary/pre-U/college education or relevant certification.
