Job summary

KK Women's & Children's Hospital in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Claims Associate to ensure accurate inpatient billing and timely claims processing. You will deliver excellent customer service to patients, handling enquiries and explaining hospital policies and Medisave regulations.

You will also assist Supervisors with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned, contributing to process improvements and compliance within the patient financial services team.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years’ relevant work experience.
• Good communication (both written and spoken) skills.
• Team player with good analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of SAP and prior customer service experience in a healthcare environment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient billing and claims processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide excellent customer service to patient enquiries, feedback and explanation on Hospital policies and Medisave regulations.
• Assist Supervisors in other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
