Job summary

KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital is seeking a frontline admissions administrator to provide excellent front-line services to patients and assist in the registration of patients. You will maintain complete information and accurate records in the patient system database and support in admissions and scheduling of appointments.

The role involves collecting deposits and payments, and offering pre-admission financial counselling as part of the admission process.

Qualifications

• Candidates with Higher NITEC/NITEC/O levels welcome.
• Experience in frontline customer service and/or hospital operation preferred.
• Proficient in IT data/information systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Outgoing and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service oriented and patient focused.
• Successful candidate will be offered 2 years contract, with potential conversion to regular contract.

Responsibilities

• Register and assist in patient admissions, ensuring complete and accurate records in the system.
• Assist in scheduling patient appointments and handling enquiries on admissions.
• Collect deposits and payments from patients and provide pre-admission financial counselling.
• Maintain up-to-date information in the patient records system.
• Support general administrative duties related to admissions and hospital operations.
