You will prepare official documents, docket deadlines, manage invoicing, and assist with prosecution workflows, including filing forms with patent offices. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative or legal secretarial experience would be advantageous.
• Experience in the Intellectual Property industry or patent prosecution would be a bonus.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and deal tactfully with diverse and regional stakeholders.
• Good time management and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new technology.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Preparing official documents for review by Patent Engineers and Associates and submitting to patent offices and clients.
• Ensuring emails are checked and important matters docketed in the system.
• Monitoring and tracking deadlines for Patent Engineers and Associates.
• Assisting in monitoring dockets and Work In Progress Reports.
• Supporting prosecution workflow management and handling urgent work with imminent deadlines.
• Preparing patent forms for filing with patent offices.
• General secretarial/administrative duties including preparing invoices.
