Spruson & Ferguson (Asia) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Prosecution Administrator to support patent engineers and associates within a regional and global IP firm.

You will prepare documents, docket emails, monitor deadlines and assist with WIP reports and prosecution workflow. Candidates with at least 5 years in administrative or legal secretary roles are preferred; IP/prosecution experience is a bonus.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of stable experience in an administrative role or legal secretary role.
• Experience in the Intellectual Property industry or patent prosecution would be a bonus.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and deal tactfully with diverse and regional stakeholders.
• Good time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing official documents for review by Patent Engineers and Associates and submission to patent offices and clients.
• Ensuring emails are checked and important matters are docketed in the system.
• Monitoring and tracking crucial deadlines for Patent Engineers/Associates.
• Assisting in monitoring dockets and Work In Progress Reports.
• Supporting the prosecution workflow and willing to work extra hours for urgent deadlines.
• Preparing patent forms for filing with the patent office.
• General secretarial/administrative duties including invoice preparation.
