Job summary

LINK2 MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pastry Production Crew to support daily pastry production in a central kitchen environment in Singapore.

You will prepare and produce pastries and puddings, following recipes and SOPs. This role requires at least 1 year of pastry-related experience, ability to stand for long periods, and a willingness to work a 6-day roster including weekends and public holidays in a refrigerated ~15°C setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant pastry experience in central kitchen.
• Able to stand for extended periods during production operations.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment of approximately 15°C.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings.
• Ensure products are prepared consistently according to established recipes, production manuals and central kitchen SOPs.
• Operate and handle kitchen equipment appropriately.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned according to applicable food safety procedures.
• Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products at the required temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping within the central kitchen.
• Follow established food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Support other production and kitchen duties as assigned.
