Job summary

LINK2 MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pastry Production Crew to support daily pastry production in a central kitchen. You will handle preparation and production of pastries and puddings, and ensure recipes and SOPs are followed.

The role requires ability to stand for long periods, work in a 15°C chilled environment, and be a team player on a 6-day roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry production or central kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Able to follow recipes, production manuals and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings.
• Ensure products follow established recipes and SOPs.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping in the central kitchen.
• Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products at required temperatures.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
