Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking a Pastry Junior Chef/Commis to join the luxury pastry team. You will assist in preparing and presenting desserts per guest orders, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Junior Chef/Commis.
• Experience with luxury brand or Michelin restaurant is a plus.
• Passion for Pastry culinary excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare desserts per guest orders, with production requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain station setup, cleanliness and proper food labelling.
• Monitor temperatures of chillers and freezers and ensure safe handling of ingredients.
• Adhere to standard recipes and plate presentations to ensure consistency.
• Communicate effectively with Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef regarding menu items and shortages.
