Qualifications

• Fine dining experience is advantageous.
• Kosher cuisine experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Pastry Station Commander: oversee pastry and dessert station with Head Chef.
• Recipe Reinforcer: ensure desserts align with the chef's vision while adding creativity.
• Inventory King/Queen: manage ingredients and supplies to avoid shortages.
• Smooth Operator: keep all stations running from prep to plating.
