Responsibilities

• Run the pastry station day-to-day operations
• Assist in creating cakes, desserts, pastries
• Prepare items per recipes and guest orders
• Complete mise en place for service
• Maintain teamwork and relationships with colleagues
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Ensure hygiene and stock labeling standards
