Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programme delivery and operational support for partnerships initiatives across BLOCK71 Singapore, Corporate Partnerships, Development and Donations.
• Manage contract administration, entitlements tracking, and deliverable timelines across partnerships and donors.
• Coordinate procurement processes, invoices, and financial reporting in line with policy.
• Support external programme delivery and ensure reporting, timelines, and stakeholder engagement are kept on track.
• Identify process gaps and implement shared tools and templates to scale operational coordination.
