Job summary

NUSX is seeking a Manager, Partnerships Support to provide a shared operational backbone across BLOCK71 Singapore, Corporate Partnerships, Development and Donations, and flagship ecosystem initiatives. The role focuses on contracting, entitlement tracking, procurement coordination, invoice management, and financial compliance to enable relationship owners to focus on strategic work.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• 6 to 9 years of experience in operational coordination, contract management, programme administration, or commercial support.
• Strong commercial literacy and ability to work across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract and entitlement tracking across BLOCK71 Singapore, Corporate Partnerships, and Development and Donations.
• Coordinate procurement, invoices, and payments per policy.
• Manage programme delivery and donor reporting across initiatives.
• Build and maintain shared operational tools and dashboards.
• Drive process improvements and stand up tracking systems.
