Job summary

NUS Enterprise at Kent Ridge Campus is seeking a Manager, Partnerships Support to provide a shared operational backbone across BLOCK71 Singapore, Corporate Partnerships, Development and Donations, and flagship ecosystem initiatives. This role frees relationship owners to focus on strategic work while ensuring commitments are tracked, delivered, and documented with discipline.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• 6 to 9 years in operational coordination, contract management or programme administration.
• Strong commercial literacy and understanding of partnerships/donor engagements.
• Organised, rigorous, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Process-oriented with a track record of building scalable systems.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams without direct reporting lines.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, surfacing issues early.
• Experience in a university/research ecosystem advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Programme Delivery & Operations: Own end-to-end operations of the Purple Challenge and coordinate outreach across BLOCK71 nodes and disability organisations.
• Contract Administration and Entitlement Tracking: Manage contracts, entitlements, and deliverable timelines across functions.
• Commercial and Financial Coordination: Coordinate procurement, invoices, payments, and financial records in line with policy.
• Programme Delivery Coordination: Support delivery of externally funded programmes and ensure timely reporting and risk tracking.
• Process and Systems Improvement: Build shared tools and processes to scale operational coordination.
