Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Partner Technical Success Manager to ensure partners and their customers maximize value from AvePoint’s product stack. You’ll provide technical leadership, respond quickly to inquiries, and guide trials and deployments with hands-on setup and demonstrations.

In this role, you will configure IURs, run MSP demonstrations with PDMs, and resolve complex partner cases. You’ll continually expand knowledge of AvePoint offerings and market trends, and implement a personal

Qualifications

• Educate partners and solve problems during trial and deployment stages.
• Respond to partner queries within 24 hours and ensure satisfaction during setup and delivery.
• Assist partners with Elements platform setup and trial deployments.
• Configure Partner Internal Use Rights (IURs) correctly.
• Demonstrate MSP solutions to long-tail MSPs with PDMs.
• Resolve partner technical support cases involving trial licenses or IURs.
• Assist with AvePoint Fly setup pre-migration.
• Continuously grow knowledge of industry trends and AvePoint offerings.
• Create and follow a personal development plan with the sales manager.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical resource and authority on AvePoint software and solutions.
• Respond to partner queries promptly and ensure satisfaction throughout setup.
• Assist partners with platform setup and trial runs.
• Ensure IURs are set up and configured properly.
• Demonstrate key MSP solutions to partners with PDM collaboration.
• Resolve all partner technical support cases including licenses and IURs.
• Support pre-migration setup of AvePoint Fly solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.
• Develop and execute a personal development plan with the sales manager.
