Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a motivated Project Analyst to join its project delivery team. You will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Migration Consultants, and Technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You will gain hands‑on experience across multiple project workstreams while supporting project planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, PM, or related fields.
• 0–3 years of IT project coordination or PM support experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams throughout the full lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, status tracking, risk monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action logs, and reports.
• Gather and organize business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on schedule.
• Support validation activities and participate in system walkthroughs and discussions.
• Prepare test scenarios, execute tests, document results, and follow up on issues.
